In the absence of any formal programs/courses on School administration, it is often seen that the most sincere of promoters put up excellent infrastructure with large investments and then encounter issues of quality operations, both academic and administrative.

We undertake to help such a School Promoter(s) by taking over the operations of the school with full responsibility of attaining the stated-agreed objectives.

This arrangement of our responsibilty to deliver is enshrined per the Terms of Engagement and the service can be offered in various formats viz.,

1. Turnkey - any and all aspects of the School are taken over by us

2. Modular - select aspects of the School are taken over by us

3. Advisory - we advise on all / select aspects and their implementation is done by the Promoter
