We offer a TURNKEY Implementation in the design and planning of educational facilities, which is fairly unique, in that we assume responsibility for all planning aspects of the Project. Following the approval and freezing of the Project Report, we co-ordinate all project related activities, on behalf of the Client.

7 Check and comment on the construction tender specifications and draft contracts produced by Architect. Examine and comment on comparative statement to be prepared by the Architect after tenders have been invited and submitted.
8 Check and comment on BAR, GANTT and PERT charts and other schedules submitted by selected tenderer, in consultation with the Architect.
